Abstract :

This research was conducted against the background of the phenomenon that occurs, namely the poor quality of financial reports, especially in local governments as well as the low completion of BPK audit findings and disorderly budget execution. This research was undertaken through a survey and was designed to examine the quality of accounting information related to the completion of audit findings and the implementation of the budget. This study aims to determine the effect of completing audit findings and budget execution on the quality of accounting information. The population in this study were all Regional Work Units (SKPD) Tangerang City and Bogor City and the sampling method used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 45 SKPD. Smart PLS is used as an analysis tool in this research. The research data used came from questionnaires collected from the head of the department and the head of the accounting department who were respondents in this study. The results of this study conclude that the completion of audit findings does not significantly influence on the quality of accounting information while the budget execution has a significant effect on the quality of accounting information.

Abstract :

Due to wide spread of frantic Corona- COVID-19 virus in the World, resulted into enormous human deaths, GDP at the lowest rate and disturbance in human life cycle. The present paper showcases the briefing about Corona- Covid-19 virus, lockdown period and the compilation of online/live academic/learning programs/activities rendered by different universities, colleges and associations/institutions during the lockdown period which served as information sources, to engage students and teachers/faculties in their teaching, learning and extension processes in India with more emphasis on Library & Information Science online events. The result shows that during the period of lockdown 377 numbers of webinars followed by  FDP (36), Workshop (26), Quiz (19), Training (7) and STC (3) etc. online events were held on different subjects/themes by different institutions. The increasing quantum of webinar shows that webinar event is most popular against the other online events. Point to note that no any Workshop, Virtual meeting and Short term course were arranged under the caption- ‘Covid-19/Corona, Lockdown’ except one training program. It also focuses on the role of different institutions/publishers/vendors in providing remote e-services for the benefit of academicians/researchers at par with lockdown episode with the care of library in post lockdown period. The situation directs for ‘digital citizenship’ amongst the academicians. Further the paper explores title/topic/theme of webinar and other online event titles against the different subjects that can be useful for further planning and suggesting of new webinar title and its theme.

Abstract :

The automatic detection of boundaries of a shot in a stream of video called as shot boundary detection. This is deal with the detection of transitions between the shots in digital video for temporal segmentation. As required it is required for purposes like video content analysis and video browsing and retrieval on content based.

Here interrelated consecutive frames taken continuously by single camera which gives continuous action in time and space. The shots are efficient for indexing and may be the purpose of higher level content analysis as well as the classification.

Here, in this paper, the review of different approaches for SBD is made.

Abstract :

Automation, including the use of artificial intelligence, is ushering in a new age of recruitment and hiring practices. These advancements in technology are changing the manner in which one think about and approach human resources; but also, in the manner in which candidates are sourced and screened.AI in recruitment is the area of artificial intelligence with predictive analysis that helps recruiters in recruiting. AI for recruiting is a growing part of HR technology designed to reduce time taking activities like manually screening resumes. Technology execution across the HR value chain helps firms with selecting the proper candidate, empowering pre and post-employee engagement and personalization of the recruitment process. AI has the power to figure out what a successful employee during a specific position has done, and appearance for candidates with backgrounds that match up with those workers. Recruitment is a significant component for each association in recruiting qualified representatives who can accomplish more to accomplish their activity objectives. The AI in recruitment acts and responds like an individual, and its definitive objective is to permit the PC to continue to work typically.

The primary objective of this paper is to study the concept of Artificial intelligence and Recruitment and the role of AI in Recruitment. It also studies the benefits and the future of AI in Recruitment. This paper additionally features a portion of the AI tools used in recruitment with a case study on Unilever Recruitment.

Abstract :

Human resources go past their essential capacities. Artificial intelligence is an innovation that characterizes another worldview for business. Notwithstanding impulse, AI can facilitate the regulatory weight on human asset work force, depending principally on demonstrated revealing examples, to help dynamic. Quickened digitization and artificial intelligence can encourage the incorporation of numerous systems and give a coordinated stage that can support every human asset capacity, beginning with enrollment, determination, preparing, improvement, prizes, and execution. The executive’s innovation keeps on progressing at a huge rate, the world has become a worldwide    town, and everybody is associated with one another through the Internet. Artificial intelligence enables the framework to think and act like a sane human, with the advantages of less computational blunder, less weakness, and quicker work. In this profoundly serious business world, human resources are a basic resource/contribution for a business to improve the presentation of the association. The achievement of an association relies upon how individuals treat it. Innovation converges to give transformative worth. Artificial intelligence analyzes the tremendous measure of information produced by learning machines in the cloud. This will assist you with getting better execution and activity. Dispose of tedious manual assignments, accelerate ability look, improve worker commitment, and lessen representative burnout.

Abstract :

EM wave absorbing composites effective at microwave frequencies having crucial properties for their structural applicability will be designed and developed making use of a novel approach. The ability to understand and control the propagation of electromagnetic radiation underpins a vast array of modern technologies, including: communication, navigation and information technology. Therefore, there has been much work to understand the interaction between electromagnetic waves and metal surfaces, and in particular to design materials the characteristics of which can be tailored to produce a desired response to microwave radiation. The objective of this research work is to demonstrate that patterning metal surfaces with sub-wavelength apertures can afford hitherto unrealised control over the reflection and transmission characteristics of materials which are an order of magnitude thinner than those employed historically.

Abstract :

This paper proposes a soft starting method of DC motor. The major drawback that occurs with conventional starting of a dc motor is the presence of high armature current. This initial current has dangerous effects on the dc motor such as damage of windings, high initial losses and creation of false operation of protective devices. It may also lead low efficiency and reduces the lifetime of the machine. Hence, there is a need to reduce the high initial starting current for better working of the dc motor through Soft Starting of DC motor. A soft starter can eliminate these problems by gradually increasing voltage to the motor terminals during startup, providing a controlled ramp-up to full speed. This lowers inrush current and controls starting torque, reducing mechanical shocks to the system and to the product and also with the use of IoT application it is easy to measure the accurate values of different parameters (Voltage, Current, Power etc.) by accessing it from cloud. The graphical representation of voltage, current, speed characteristics will be plotted automatically, which makes the starter to work with a smart technique.

Abstract :

The focus of the study is to provide an  effective planning and compact design of the existing Coimbatore Airport with new amenities such as Extra Hangars, Parking bays, Taxiways, Refueling area, and to extend the available runway which is located in peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The Coimbatore Airport extension is done to increase the flight take off rates and landing rates so that the people flow through the means of airways will increase without any congestion and to increase the load carrying capacity of the runway pavement so that the flights with larger capacity and high load can have a smooth and safe landing. The plan of the airport was drawn using AUTOCADD and the pavement design and analysis was done using FARRFIELD software.
