Abstract :

In the world like developing countries there is rapid growth of human population and urbanization. This growing population uses numerous amounts of milk and milk products in day to day life. It demands to improve yield and quality of milk and milk products through biotechnological techniques like application of enzymes. This paper reviews the protease enzyme producing Lactobacillus species, production of protease enzyme and the effect of protease enzyme on milk and milk products. Lactobacillus species are the major part of the lactic acid bacterial groups. Lactobacillus species have function of pathogen control, probiotic, food producer (fermenter) and enzyme producer. Protease enzymes are hydrolyzed or breakdown peptide bonds of proteins and can break specific peptide bond or complete polypeptide chain to amino chain residues. They are used to apply in leather, pharmaceuticals, protein processing, foods, dairy, diagnostic reagents, soy processing, peptide synthesis and extraction of silver from used X-ray film. The production of protease is mainly affected by media composition, variation in C/N ratio, pH, temperature, and incubation time. Generally optimization of protease starts with conventional method. Conventional optimization method is simple and it supports to select main factors that accelerate production of protease. The major function to apply proteases in the dairy industry is associated with their ability to coagulate milk and to improve taste, flavor and texture in cheese manufacturing.

Abstract :

k nearest neighbor join(kNN Join) refers to finding the k nearest neighbor vectors in another data set R for each object in the data set S by using the nearest neighbor formula and the distance calculation formula between vectors in two data sets.kNN Join has a wide range of applications, so it has received attention. However, as a combination of k nearest neighbor join queries and join calculations, processing kNN joins of high dimensional data is quite time consuming. To handle larger data sets, the Hadoop and Spark frameworks have been the tool of choice for parallel and distributed computing in recent years. In this paper, we present the vertical decomposition data for processing kNN connections using Spark. We propose to first approximate the vector piecewise aggregatio and the symbol aggregation approximation SAX, then decompose the vector vertically to satisfy the distributed operation, calculate the distance between different vectors in each partition, and then merge the partitions to meet the conditions. Calculate the vector and finally find the true distance between the vectors. The specific process is described in the implementation section of the text. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the computational speed under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the experimental results

Abstract :

Mobile Crowd Sensing is an emerging sensing model that accomplishes a perceptual task by perceiving specific environments, collecting perceptual data, and providing information and analysis. This paper focuses on the choice of participants in the mobile crowd sensing perception task under the premise of prioritizing data quality. The task publisher publishes the perceived task recruiting worker and gives a certain reward.  After the worker completes the sensing task, the worker feedbacks the sensory data to the task publisher, the quality of the feedback data is crucial for the result of the entire sensing task. This paper proposes to study the existing task allocation methods, and compares the current most advanced methods. Finally, it is found that Budget-TASC is the current method with the highest data quality, and it can control the budget within a certain range in the group intelligence perception task. While maximizing data quality, this method studies the reputation of the worker and the distance between the worker and the task position. While controlling the cost to a certain extent, the quality of the expected result is maximized.

Abstract :

Besides participating into genes expression, modern cell biology scientists uncover that RNA plays diverse roles in whole life of cells, including catalyzation, regulation, etc. These types of RNA are usually called non-coding RNA, whose research have become a hot spot. Predicting RNA structures using information technology origins from the early works of Waterman in 1970s, he developed the theory of minimum free energy to predict unknown RNA structures.  Lots of Corollaries proposed in this theory have become the theoretical foundation of many later prediction algorithms. After decades of development, the algorithms for RNA prediction become more and more mature and specific. RNA secondary structure prediction is the first step of RNA structure prediction. Nowdays, mainstream method generally includes minimum free energy methods and sequence alignment methods. State of the art methods usually focus on multi-branches prediction and combination of experimental data. This article reviews the methods in this area, concentration will give on the latest technology, including optimization of minimum free energy methods and multi-branches prediction.

Abstract :

In bioinformatics, Alignment is an ancient and classic method or technique. The underlying problem of sequence alignment can be attributed to the study of the similarity of two or more symbol sequences. The design of sequence alignment is to reason about its evolutionary relationship by using sequence similarity at the nucleic acid or amino acid level, and then to infer its structural and functional connections. This kind of analysis is of great significance for biochemistry, genetic research, molecular research, and the study of the origin of life. The simplest form of sequence alignment is a pairwise alignment. By this pairwise alignment, the reserved or reserved sites between the two sequences are found, and then the evolutionary relationship between the two is explored. Based on the pairwise alignment, it can be developed as an alignment of multiple sequences, looking for reserved regions or reserved sites between multiple sequences, looking for their evolutionary connections. After determining their evolutionary connections, it is easy to splicing their higher-level structural components based on sequence alignment, and then completing the final structural prediction.

Abstract :

This paper concern about two different networked control systems, one is based on event-driven observer linear network control system, one is based on event-driven observer time-varying networked control system. The trigger mechanism of the event is represented by a delay model.Meanwhile, we use of some of the latest technology to dealwith the output system itself has the delay and the closure of the system due to the induced delay. The Wirtinrer’s inequality, which has just been proposed in recent years, effectively reduces the conservativeness of the system.Using these techniques to construct the Lyapunov function, the existing stability condition is created under the condition of linear matrix inequality. The validity of the proposed method is given by a given numerical example .

Abstract :

Most existing brain network classification methods construct brain networks by processing the collected signals, and then classify them according to one brain network feature attribute between one or more brain regions. This kind of method often ignores other characteristic attributes of the brain network because only one attribute is considered, and the neglected features are likely to have a greater impact on the experimental results. This paper explores the different effects of various network attributes in brain network classification, and provides a new idea for future network attribute research.

Abstract :

The location based reminder application offers location-based reminders which sends an alert when you get to (or leave) a specific place. The aim is to be able to remind the user of certain tasks which are specific to one point only. People often forget to pick up certain items when they pass right by the grocery shop. The app will allow the user set up a reminder that you need to buy some groceries at your preferred supermarket chain. This app would then request the shop locations from a server and remind you whenever you are, e.g., 200 meters near from the shop. The user can save certain tasks to be done when they are nearby to a specified location and the app will remind the user when they are close to the location. The app is highly recommended for the people who are quite disorganized and forgetful which is quite common in the modern day lifestyle. The app is meant to save the time, increase efficiency and reduce frustration.

Abstract :

Automobile contains multiple cylinders to produce power to run the vehicle. Every drop of fuel in the combustion chamber produces the same amount of power everytime irrespective of the power needed to run the vehicle. There are times when a car is stuck in traffic and it won’t be able to use the full potential of the car, so in this case we waste fuel. In order to overcome this problem we can use the method of cylinder deactivation in which the pistons get deactivated and only limited amount of pistons keep working enough to give power to the vehicle. Using this we can save fuel everytime we get stuck in traffic. An ECU decides when the cylinder should get deactivated or activated. Thus making the whole process automatic and easy

Abstract :

The researcher used a descriptive method to gather quantitative data to describe further and assess the financial agitation and work values of public-school teachers in San Antonio and San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. Additionally, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique as the sampling design to produce a sample that can be logically assumed to represent the researcher's target population. The target population of this study is the one hundred ninety-nine (199) teachers from San Antonio and one hundred eighty-six (186) teachers from San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. These teachers were selected regardless of their grade level in teaching. Out of these figures, one hundred three (103) and eighty-nine (89) were the total sample size, respectively, coming from the said schools. The questionnaire is a researcher-modified instrument based on Emerging Adults’ Financial Well-being: A Scoping Review (2017). It was validated by the panel expert in the fields of their study. Statistical tools such as frequency distribution, percentages, weighted mean, Pearson correlation coefficient formula and ANOVA were used to process the raw data into meaningful information.

The level of work values of teachers in terms of collaboration, creation, control and competitiveness were all demonstrated. It can be concluded that teachers’ knowledge, practical desires, individual needs, or wants that drive their behavior toward work are evident in the results. They are well aware that their objectives are essential to their professional growth and development. They expect satisfactory outcomes due to their engagement, involvement, and active participation in school activities. In addition, it also drives their motivation to complete specific duties and contribute to the success of their school's vision and purpose.

Regarding control in finances, the results generally indicated that, indeed, teacher-respondents understood that managing their money doesn't have to be overwhelming. Setting practical goals for their finances is a wise move, no matter their life stage. Further, for the capacity to absorb a financial shock, teacher-respondents who were on the edge of a personal financial crisis were able to acknowledge that things were terrible. They can take the necessary steps to help themselves and avoid or minimize financial uncertainties. In addition, in terms of keeping track to meet financial goals, it can be concluded that respondents who wished to achieve financial independence and meet financial goals like retirement or protect assets that are mortgaged if they die faced the risk of not having the money to do so if no personal financial planning has been done, should create a viable plan. And finally, in terms of choices to enjoy life, it can be concluded that teachers choose to enjoy life with their hard-earned money by doing extra activities and not solely focused on ways to earn such. Further, it can be gleaned that most of them take some actions to feel the value of their money and are motivated to work further due to their desires.
